ReplyDeleteI don't know any of the books he's been done for ( &, frankly, after that, I'm not about to go looking them up, either! ). Lolicon's not really my bag, and I've never met anyone who's bag it is, but I certainly wouldn't bang someone up for possessing any.
I think we can all agree that having a set of Tim Vigil's Faust comics doesn't neccessarily mean you're going to go out and start eviscerating whores on your nights off, and I fail to see where having a collection of - admittedly, distasteful, but no more or less distasteful than the afore-mentioned Faust comics - Lolicon mags equates to going out and fucking with kids.( but then, as I've already said, I haven't seen the books in question, so perhaps I'm not really qualified to comment ).
I can't see where Mr Handley has commited any REAL crime, per se ( ie: he hasn't hurt any children or distributed any actual kiddie porn ), so I fail to see how anyone can justify the sentence handed down to him.
does this mean that I can now be jailed because I have a copy of Lost Girls on me shelf?
